Sea Of Sound reserves the right to modify or update return, exchange, sales, and refund policies without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our website.
Items during a sale are NOT eligible for exchanges or return.
We offer the ability to exchange full priced items for a different size, one time, so long as the new size is available.
If the size needed is out of stock, exchanges are not permitted and you will have the ability to return so long as the product is eligible to be returned.
We will send you a new size of the item you are exchanging at no cost, right away. The original size will need to be postmarked back within 10 days of initiating the exchange.
*If your package is postmarked more than 10 days after the day you initiated the exchange, you will be subject to the following:
You WILL be charged for the cost of the exchanged item. If the exchanged item is returned within the return policy timeframe, but outside of the 10 day window, you will be refunded the additional charge when the item is returned.
ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR EXCHANGE
• Online exchanges must be initiated within 10 days from delivery of the item.
• Tags must still be on the item.
• Damaged exchanges will not receive a refund and you will be charged for both items.
• Online exchanges are limited to exchanges for the same item in a different size.
• Online exchanges are shipped using standard shipping.
• Online exchanges are available one time per item.
• Online exchanges are limited to ONLY shipping addresses in the US.
DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns if they are in unworn condition with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving the item. You can visit www.seaofsounddesign.com to file a request and receive your return label free of charge.
**Please start the process only if you are connected to a printer, if your return label is created and not immediately printed it can be difficult to retrieve later. Do not hesitate to contact us if you run into this or any other issue.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

We will accept international returns if they are in unworn condition with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
Refunds will only be accepted if the refund process is initiated within the first five days of delivery.
Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will refund for merchandise returned, but do not refund for any shipping fees incurred with your purchase.
Once approved, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment.
HOW WE DENY A REFUND
• If the item is damaged due to customer error: washing the item incorrectly
• Damaged items will not receive a refund
• Items returned without all vendor tags attached
• Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains
• Sale items and gifts are not eligable for exchange or return
• Violation of Refund Policy: If the requester is outside the timeframe or doesn’t meet the conditions outlined in the refund policy, the request might be denied.
• Missing Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Without proper documentation like a receipt or proof of purchase, many companies won’t process a refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Some items, due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions, may not be eligible for a refund once opened or used.
• Refund Fraud Prevention: Sea Of Sound may deny refunds if they suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of their refund system.
• Failure to Meet Conditions: If there were specific conditions outlined for a refund, such as returning the product in its original packaging or within a certain timeframe, not meeting these conditions could lead to denial.
EXCESSIVE RETURN POLICY
Sea Of Sound reserves the right to limit or refuse service to customers that show excessive return activity, which is defined as: (i) $1,500 of returns in a 12-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more or (ii) $750 of returns in a 6-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more.
Return rate is calculated as the dollar amount of returns over the relevant period divided by the dollar amount of purchases over the same period. Customers that fall within the above criteria will be subject to a modified return policy, which may include but is not limited to, ineligibility for free returns, returns to store credit only, refusal of orders, and disqualification or pause of our loyalty program benefits.
AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipments tracking information.
At this time, we offer free standard shipping to addresses located within the 50 United States on orders over $150.
Orders can take up to 5 business days to ship out, unless listed as preorder only. Orders can take up from 5 - 7 days to deliver.
Please note orders are not shipped on weekends or US holidays. Any special shipping requests can be made at check out.
Duties and taxes for international orders will calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not extend our offer of free shipping on international shipments.
All products purchased during a sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
Quality Issue: We ensure that our sale items meet quality standards. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within [number of days] of receiving the item. We will address the issue according to our warranty or quality assurance guidelines.
Sea of Sound collects customer information in an effort to enhance and personalize your shopping experience. This information allows us to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions.

However, without providing the requested information, you may be unable to access certain features of our Site, including viewing our showroom, placing an order or logging into any other Sea of Sound membership-related services.

Sea of Sound will never rent or sell your e-mail address. We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing your order payment and as required by law. If for any reason you choose to access a third party website linked to our Site, you do so at your own risk. We are not held responsible for how these outside parties collect, use, protect or disclose the information you provide them.

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.
